Airbus is seeking an Operational & Technical Competence Coordinator to lead staff training and development aligned with Airbus strategy and local STPS regulations. The role focuses on maintaining training quality, safeguarding safety culture, and ensuring accurate staff certifications across training facilities.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor degree in Engineering, have training-the-trainer credentials, and possess strong English and communication skills, with a critical, analytical mindset.

• Evaluation of internal and external training and certification programs
• Operate and plan the Training budget in accordance with the Airbus codes of conduct

Operational & Technical Competence Coordinator

You will lead and manage staff training to contribute to their professional development aligned with the Airbus strategy and its objectives, as well as local STPS regulations.
