Airbus is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Mexico to lead daily picking operations, ensure accurate movement of containers, and guarantee quality checks after supplier delivery.

You will manage stock data, apply SAP processes, and demonstrate leadership and negotiation skills in a fast-paced, multinational environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Formación

• +5 years of experience as warehouse supervisor.
• Bachelor degree.
• Basic English.
• SAP and warehouse processes.
• Leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Move containers and packages through the picking processes in a timely and accurate way.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure items are defect-free after transport from suppliers.
• Inspect and store delivered items according to storage requirements (temperature, cleanliness, etc.).
• Monitor stock inputs/outputs and maintain the stock data base.

As an Warehouse Supervisor you will

Key responsibilities

• Ensure containers and packages are moved through the picking process in a timely and accurate way.
• Ensure through visual inspections that delivered items are externally defect free after transportation from the suppliers.
• After opening and internal containers inspection, ensure proper storage of the delivered items according to the storage requirements (e.g. temperature, cleanliness...).
• Monitor store inputs and outputs activities and maintain the stock data base accordingly.

Requirements

• +5 years of experience as warehouse supervisor
• Bachelor degree
• Basic english
• SAP system dominance and warehouse processes
• Leadership and negotiation skills
