Placements24 seeks a Sumiller y Gerente de Sala Experto for a prestigious fine dining restaurant in Acapulco, Guerrero. You will curate a world-class wine list, lead the service team, and ensure guests receive flawless dining experiences.

The ideal candidate has extensive wine knowledge and proven leadership in luxury hospitality, with the ability to train staff and manage cellar and reservations. Nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Formación

• Formal wine education and certification (e.g., WSET Level 3 or higher, CMS Certified Sommelier) preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in wine programs or luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of global wine regions, varietals, and pairing principles.

Responsabilidades

• Curate and manage the wine list across regions and price points.
• Develop and recommend wine pairings for menu items.
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to ensure exemplary service.
• Oversee front-of-house operations and guest communications.
• Collaborate with Chef and management to create cohesive dining experiences.
