About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Advanced Sommelier certification (e.g., Court of Master Sommeliers, WSET Level 4 or higher) or equivalent extensive experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in wine selection, cellar management, and guest service in a high-volume, fine dining, or luxury retail environment.
• Extensive knowledge of global wine regions, grape varietals, and viticulture.
• Exceptional tasting skills and the ability to articulate complex flavor profiles.
• Strong understanding of wine and food pairing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.
• Proficiency in wine inventory management software and virtual communication platforms.
• A passion for wine education and a dedication to sharing knowledge.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
