Qualifications

Advanced Sommelier certification required.

Responsibilities

Curate, manage, and update the online wine inventory.
Develop and present sophisticated wine lists for different segments and occasions.
Provide expert wine recommendations and consultations via email, chat, and video calls.
Collaborate with purchasing to source new wines.
Organize virtual tastings and educational webinars.
Stay updated on global wine trends and producers.
Create tasting notes, pairing suggestions, and wine content.
Assist customers with wine selection, storage, and service inquiries.
Ensure compliance with alcohol sales and shipping regulations.
Contribute to wine portfolio marketing campaigns.
