Speechmatics is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help customers evaluate and adopt our speech tech. You’ll partner with Sales to guide customers through discovery, design, PoCs, and technical validation, and you’ll build demos, write code, and deploy environments.

This hands-on role involves traveling for global conferences, delivering compelling technical demos, and sharing knowledge to keep Sales aligned with product evolution.

Formación

• Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales.
• Comfort with APIs, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience deploying or configuring software in cloud, Linux, containers or networked environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate customer needs into workable solutions.
• Confident communicator who enjoys direct customer interaction and learning new tech.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Sales to lead the technical pre-sales process from discovery to close.
• Understand customer requirements and design practical solutions.
• Build and deliver technical demos, prototypes, and PoCs.
• Deploy and configure environments for customer evaluations in cloud or on-prem.
• Troubleshoot challenges and guide customers to successful outcomes.
• Deliver engaging technical presentations to customers, partners, and events.
• Support conferences and showcases globally, including international travel.
