WPP, the trusted growth partner for global brands, is hiring a Solutions Engineer for our customer success team. You will design, implement, and support technical solutions that address client needs, leveraging our products, APIs and third-party integrations to drive measurable business value.

You will collaborate with sales, product management and software development to translate requirements into architectures, demos and successful deployments.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of customer success practices and operational excellence.
• Analytical mindset with ability to measure impact.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of Advertising technology and its commercial impact.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with sales and product management to understand customer objectives.
• Design customized technical solutions using company products, APIs, and integrations.
• Develop solution architectures, diagrams and technical documentation.
• Configure, deploy and validate technical solutions for customers.
• Conduct solution demonstrations and pilot projects to prove feasibility.
• Work with software teams to ensure seamless integration of customizations.
• Act as a technical advisor and provide customer guidance through the lifecycle.
