Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Solution Engineer to deliver tailored demonstrations of our core capabilities, including AI agents and messaging workflows.

You will assist in technical discovery, build standard sandbox environments, and address security and RFP/RFI questionnaires to move deals forward. Applicants should have 2–4 years in a related SaaS role, strong API/JSON/webhook skills, AI fluency, and a willingness to travel up to 25%.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent practical technology experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in solution engineering, technical support, implementation consulting, or customer success within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Comfortable working with APIs, JSON structures, webhooks, and modern web browser troubleshooting tools.
• AI-fluent with a strong understanding of the generative AI landscape, model capabilities, and conversational workflow architecture.
• Baseline understanding of customer service metrics, CRM systems, or standard help desk workflows.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% annually for regional customer presentations and team events.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver tailored demonstrations and engaging product presentations showcasing Zendesk’s capabilities.
• Assist in technical discovery conversations to uncover operational challenges and integration requirements.
• Build standard sandbox environments and proof-of-concept setups.
• Address security, architectural, and RFP/RFI questionnaires to support deals.
• Adopt internal templates, scripts, and API recipes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
