Job summary

Growatt New Energy in Mexico City seeks a Mexico Technical Service Engineer to provide technical support for solar systems, including off-grid, grid-tied and energy storage, to distributors and installers on-site. The role requires a power electronics/Electrical Engineering degree, inverter troubleshooting experience, fluent English, and willingness to work full-time on-site in Mexico City.

You will diagnose faults, install and commission inverters, support warehouse operations as needed, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in power electronics, electrical engineering, automation or related field.
PV industry experience and understanding of inverter basics.
Experience in inverter commissioning, installation, maintenance and fault troubleshooting.
Familiar with inverter standards; proficient with MS Office; basic electrical knowledge incl. grid types and multimeters.
English as daily working language; on-site work in Mexico City.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for solar systems (off-grid, grid-tied, storage) via phone, chat and email.
Manage Mexico after-sales cases and follow up on distributor tickets.
Hold regular distributor meetings and track action items.
Assist daily LATAM warehouse operations as needed.
Provide remote and on-site technical support to distributors/installers.
Diagnose inverter faults and collect after-sales data.
