NTT DATA in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX) seeks a Software Development Advisor to join our engineering support team. The role focuses on L3 production and application support for controls engineering, incident management, and customer-facing delivery.

You will code in Java or Python, work with Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, and automate resolutions while collaborating with global teams to reduce incidents and improve service levels.

Formación

• Experience in a technical support role with incident management.
• Proficient in Java or Python coding and debugging.
• Familiar with SDLC and version control tools (Git, SVN, CVS, GitLab).
• Willingness to work shifts including bank holidays and interact with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L3 production support and root-cause analysis.
• Investigate and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Develop and share runbooks and code snippets.
• Automate recurrent tasks and improve processes.
• Ensure SLA compliance and communicate status to clients.
