NTT DATA seeks a Business Intelligence Advisor in Guadalajara, Jalisco to lead data integration efforts across cloud environments and on-prem systems. You will design BI solutions, support complex ETL/ELT pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong UNIX/Linux skills, experience with IICS/CDI, and proficiency in SQL and multiple RDBMS. You will mentor staff and drive automation to improve platform resiliency and performance.

Formación

• 4+ years with Informatica Cloud (IICS), Power Center, UC4 and related support activities.
• 3+ years analyzing, doing RCA, and fixing production bugs/enhancements.
• Experience upgrading Informatica software across non-prod, pre-prod, and prod environments.
• Experience in setting up alerts and monitoring.
• Experience in managing outages during migration, patching, and deployments.
• Strong UNIX/Linux commands proficiency.
• Hands-on experience in cloud-native environment with high-volume data integrations.
• Experience in multiple Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle).
• Experience using connectors including HTTP, Salesforce, AWS, Azure, Oracle DB, and File/FTP.
• Ability to provide effort estimates for technical solutions.
• BI design of complex systems projects.
• 2+ years in Informatica Cloud Data Integration (IICS CDI).
• 5-6 years IT experience in Data Management / ETL / ELT / Data Warehousing.
• Experience integrating multiple sources into a centralized data platform or EDW.
• 3+ years work with RDBMS (SQL Server, Azure SQL DB, Oracle).
• Experience writing SQL stored procedures and shell scripts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L1 (Monitoring), L1.5 (Basic Dev & incident management) and L2 (Complex Incident Management) support.
• Create and test simple/complex mapping tasks and task flows; debug issues and optimize performance.
• Continuously optimize platform to improve resiliency, uptime, and vulnerability remediation within SLA.
• Own the technical support team from triage to escalation for integrations and data pipelines.
• Investigate and troubleshoot data platform components from integrations to data warehousing.
• Innovate support capabilities by driving automation and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor systems and incidents to ensure timely resolution and minimal downtime.
• Prepare operation support documentation and SOPs for support.
• Coordinate with network and database teams for production issue resolution.
• Mentor associates and mid-level developers; provide limited mentorship to seniors.
