NTT DATA is seeking a skilled L3 Support Specialist for a remote role based in Guadalajara, Jalisco. You will support Linux platforms, SDLC/DevOps processes, and enterprise apps for global clients.

Requirements include 5–9 years' experience with Java, Python, job scheduling, cloud familiarity, and CI/CD tools such as Git, Docker, and Jenkins. Strong communication and ITIL/ITSM awareness are a plus.

Formación

• 5 to 9 years of work experience on SDLC/Devops, LINUX system platforms.
• Proficient in JAVA and Python.
• Experience with Autosys or similar job scheduling, CRON, NIS, Apache, Tomcat and RDBMS (DB/MS-SQL/Oracle/Sybase) and Cloud environments.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC tools: CVS, SVN, GIT, Maven, GitLab, Docker and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Devops dependencies: code reviews, builds, repositories, packages, distribution.
• Knowledge of config management tools: Chef, Puppet, Ansible and related languages (Groovy, Go, JSON, YAML, INI).
