Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, etc.
• 1–2 years desirable experience in HR processes and projects
• Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Lead HR payroll reports process and liaise with payroll vendor.
• Support onboarding and offboarding per producer plan.
• Manage HR processes: hires, terminations, changes, absences, contracts, HR formats.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and coordinate with Labor Attorney.
