Job summary

NBCUniversal seeks an experienced HR Coordinator to bridge employees and producers, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance for NBCU in Mexico, tailored to the TV production industry. The six-month fixed-term position focuses on payroll, onboarding/offboarding, processes, and employee data management.

The role supports HR vendors, reports metrics, and helps uphold Mexican labor law compliance while fostering a collaborative, creative work environment within the production teams.

Qualifications

• Experience working within HR processes and projects (1-2 years desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Effective communication skills – written and oral
• Proactive/initiative – high degree of proactivity and initiative required

Responsibilities

• HR Operations: manage payroll reports and liaison with payroll vendor to ensure accurate inputs; support onboarding and offboarding per producer plan; handle hires, moves, terminations, absences and contracts; maintain employee records and HR policies; assist with vendor management and invoices; foster a positive workplace culture in line with policies.
• HR Reporting and Analytics: prepare HR metrics (turnover, diversity, satisfaction); develop HR dashboards and one-pagers; keep HR data and org chart updated; support postmortem analyses and improvements
