Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an HR Coordinator to support administrative and operational HR processes in Mexico. You will ensure accurate employee data, timely reporting, payroll input coordination, and consistent execution of HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR, HR Administration, Shared Services, HRIS, or Payroll coordination.
• Experience managing HR systems and employee data.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain employee information across HR systems such as myHR and eDays.
• Prepare, consolidate, and validate HR reports with data accuracy.
• Coordinate HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Prepare payroll input reports and standardized payroll formats.
• Maintain HR trackers, records, documentation, templates, and files.
• Perform regular data quality checks and coordinate corrections.
• Support HR Coordinator processes with established procedures and timelines.
• Document and maintain HR processes, procedures, and SOPs for Mexico.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and improve HR operational processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and regional/global teams on initiatives.
