NBCUniversal is seeking an HR Manager to provide comprehensive HR support for a fast-paced broadcast entertainment workforce. You will partner with the HR team to execute the HR strategy for client groups and drive initiatives across staffing, performance, compensation, and employee relations.

The role reports to the VP of HR for Corporate TLMD and Latin America, with a strong focus on engagement, diversity, and strategic HR programs. Hybrid work is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum five years of professional HR generalist experience.
• Two years of management experience.
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as HR point of contact for employees at all levels including management.
• Provide HR leadership and coaching to employees and managers ensuring policy consistency.
• Implement and manage HR initiatives: evaluations, org planning, compensation, benefits, recognition, and learning.
• Promote engagement, inclusion and diversity across the organization.
• Oversee onboarding for regular and contingent staff and coordinate with Talent Acquisition.
• Develop new HR programs to attract, retain and motivate employees.
• Uphold NBCUniversal's values and confidentiality in all actions.
