NBCUniversal in Mexico City seeks an experienced HR Coordinator to bridge employees and producers, ensuring smooth HR operations for TV production. The six-month fixed-term role supports payroll, onboarding, and compliance with Mexican labor law.

You will handle HR processes, maintain records, produce HR dashboards, and promote a positive workplace culture aligned with NBCUniversal's values. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, etc.
• Demonstrated HR process experience (1–2 years desirable).
• Strong written and spoken English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• HR Operations: manage payroll inputs and liaise with payroll vendor.
• Support onboarding and offboarding per producer plan.
• Ensure HR processes (hires, moves, terminations) meet policies.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR handbook.
• HR Reporting: develop dashboards and HR metrics for Producers.
