Job summary

NBCUniversal Telemundo Corporate Functions in Mexico City seeks a Human Resources Manager to provide broad HR support for a fast-paced broadcast workforce. You will work with an HR team to execute staffing, performance, compensation, succession, employee relations, training and communications, reporting to the VP of HR for Corporate TLMD and Latin America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum of five years of professional HR generalist experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Minimum of two years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR leadership and coaching to employees and managers.
• Support staffing and onboarding processes for regular and temporary staff.
• Oversee evaluations, performance management, and compensation planning.
• Develop training, recognition programs and employee communications.
• Ensure policy compliance and maintain positive employee relations.
• Promote NBCUniversal's values and foster an inclusive culture.
