NBCUniversal is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator in Mexico to bridge employees and producers, ensuring smooth operations for the TV production industry. This six-month fixed-term role focuses on payroll reports, onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining HR processes within Mexican labor laws.

The position requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to support a creative production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, etc.
• Demonstrated Experience working within HR processes and projects (1-2 years desirable)
• Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish

Responsabilités

• HR Operations: payroll reports, onboarding/offboarding, contracts and changes in accordance with policy
• Maintain employee records, confidentiality, HR handbook, and mapping processes
• HR Reporting: turnover, diversity, satisfaction, dashboards and data-driven insights
• Support labor compliance and liaise with Labor Attorney as needed
• Promote a positive workplace culture and assist HR Manager with conflicts
