Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support a fast-paced broadcast entertainment workforce. The role partners with the LVN HR team to drive staffing, performance management, compensation planning, and employee relations across corporate functions in Latin America and beyond.

The successful candidate will lead HR initiatives, onboard new hires, and collaborate with leadership to foster an inclusive, high-performing work culture while upholding NBCUniversal values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of five years of professional HR generalist experience.
• Experience in HR organizations with heavy emphasis on employee relations.
• Minimum of two year of management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish.
• Able to adeptly foster positive employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a HR point of contact for employees at all levels including management.
• Provide HR leadership and coaching to employees and managers ensuring fair and consistent enforcement of policies.
• Implement and manage evaluations, performance management, organization planning, compensation planning, benefits and recognition programs.
• Encourage constructive and transparent feedback, engagement, inclusion and diversity.
• Promote NBCUniversal workplace values and a positive work environment.
• Develop new HR programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
• Oversee onboarding of regular and contingent staff; work with Talent Acquisition on staffing.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all HR activities.
