Amazon México in Monterrey is seeking an Operations Manager for Amazon Logistics to lead the site responsible for safety, budget, people development, and overall operations. The role oversees a team of Operations and Area Managers, guiding performance and building leadership bench strength within the supply chain.

Based on one of our Monterrey sites, you will drive culture, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with HR, Finance, Facilities and IT to secure resources

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver the budget for the site including safety, productivity, and labor planning.
• Provide strategic long-term planning (3, 6, 12 months and 3-year overview).
• Guide building culture according to leadership principles.
• Set clear goals and expectations for Operations and Area Managers.
• Measure performance, provide feedback and hold leaders accountable.
• Drive Lean initiatives to enable the site to meet and exceed the business plan.
• Share best practices across departments, shifts and the network.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other leaders to secure resources for projects.
