Amazon Logistics in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Delivery Area Manager to lead a team of shift managers and associates at the delivery station. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating with DSPs and internal stakeholders to meet customer expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Responsabilidades

• Day‑to‑day management of inbound/outbound operations, focusing on the delivery of Amazon orders directly to customers.
• Leading a team of Process Assistants and Delivery‑Service Providers in daily management of the delivery station, including meetings, training sessions, assigning job duties, and communicating with DSPs and their drivers.
• Ensuring a safe workplace, properly trained people, and that their needs are addressed so they can focus on their jobs.
• Lead change at internet speed; innovation has made us the global company that we are today.
• Route shipments within the Amazon Logistics coverage area.
• Support and assign job duties to process assistants.
• Adapt to sudden changes and growth according to operational necessities.
• Track and monitor sorting operation and driver’s dispatch.
• Review the operational forecast and determine productivity requirements for sorting operation, managing a team group to meet all building’s goals.
• Support all safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for all associates and delivery service providers.
• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
