Amazon México in Monterrey seeks a Site Leader to manage the Sort Center’s safety, budget, people development, and operations. Lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, coach for performance, and build leadership bench strength within the SC.

The role emphasizes culture, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration with HR/Finance. You will craft 3-, 6-, 12-month plans and a 3-year overview, and drive Lean initiatives to improve quality, safety and productivity while sharing best

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• 6+ years of industry work experience.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver the operational budget for the whole Sort Center including safety and productivity.
• Provide strategic long-term planning (3, 6, 12 months and 3-year overview).
• Guide building culture per leadership principles and set clear goals for managers.
• Measure performance, provide feedback, and hold leaders accountable.
• Drive Lean initiatives and share best practices across the network.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and other leaders on resources.
