Amazon México is seeking a Site Leader to manage all safety, budget, people development and operations for a full building. Based at one of our sites, you will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers and drive performance against targets.

You will shape culture, set clear goals, coach leaders, and coordinate with HR, Finance, Facilities, and IT to deliver on Lean initiatives and continuous improvement. Fluency in English is required, and the role demands flexibility to work varied shifts and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• 3+ years in employee and performance management.
• Experience leading at least 2–3 managers and 50+ direct/indirect reports.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver the operational budget for the entire Sort Center.
• Provide strategic long-term planning (3, 6, 12 months, and 3-year overview).
• Set goals and expectations for Operations and Area Managers.
• Drive lean initiatives and process improvements to meet the business plan.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other Site Leaders to secure resources.
