Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT from an accredited institution.
• Advanced English skills.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT service delivery experience.
• ITIL foundations certification (preferred).
• This position may be subject to ITAR requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with support of site-based IT systems including oversight of overall PC lifecycle process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve larger complex IT issues and coordinate with other IT teams as needed.
• Provide hands-on server room support for servers, VMs, and UPS systems.
• Support visitor management systems and physical security technologies.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across LAN/WAN and OT environments; assist with network security operations.
• Manage on-site mobile infrastructure and devices.
