Eaton is seeking an Infrastructure Supervisor to lead the site IT support team in Mexico City. The role focuses on operational excellence, escalation management across global product teams, and implementing CI initiatives. It is a working manager position with hands-on server room duties.

The candidate will oversee disaster recovery planning, asset management, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining high service levels and security standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent
• Advanced English skills
• Minimum 5 years of IT service delivery experience
• ITAR compliance may apply
• ITIL foundations certification (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate escalations across site IT and global product teams.
• Lead and oversee a site IT support team for operational excellence.
• Provide hands-on server room support, including VMs, UPS, and equipment setup.
• Support physical security tech integration (Lenel, CCTV) and network security ops.
• Drive Lean/CI improvements and ITSM processes (incident, change, asset, problem).
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure disaster recovery and risk management.
• Mentor peers and lead IT initiatives across the organization.
