Qualifications

• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which may be subject to ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Manage site IT support team and coordinate escalations.
• Lead global improvement initiatives and coordinate with global product teams.
• Oversee ITSM processes: asset, change, incident, request, problem, and project management.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and disaster recovery plans.
• Adhere to Lean Daily Management, 5S, RCA and Gemba principles.
