Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Maintenance and Facilities Leader for its Querétaro plant. You will develop, implement, and coordinate maintenance for production and facility systems, ensuring reliable operation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and leading a technical team.

Responsibilities include leading trades staff, optimizing uptime, implementing PM/TPM, coordinating with engineering and quality, and driving safety and efficiency across utilities and equipment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree related to the area.
• Experience supervising people.
• 3-5 years experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of plant systems (air, water, electricity) and OSHA electrical codes.
• Experience designing and implementing PM/TPM programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and guide skilled trades within the maintenance department.
• Ensure effective maintenance and optimized uptime of all production and facility equipment.
• Coordinate support involvement on projects or problems within the facility (e.g., Engineering, Quality).
• Issue daily work orders and maintain work and equipment records; develop PM systems.
• Oversee TPM implementation and balance PM schedules; drive safety and cost control.
