Lenovo in Mexico is seeking a senior leader to accelerate services and solutions growth. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams across IDG, ISG, SSG, MBG, and Lenovo Financial Services to deliver integrated, high-impact outcomes for customers.

The role focuses on expanding AI, Hybrid Cloud, Digital Workplace, TruScale, Sustainability, and managed services, building country growth plans, and strengthening executive customer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the One Lenovo Services growth strategy for Mexico.
• Drive Services revenue, profitability, recurring revenue, and attach rate expansion across IDG and ISG opportunities.
• Accelerate adoption of AI, Hybrid Cloud, Digital Workplace Solutions, TruScale, Sustainability, and Managed Services offerings.
• Develop and execute country growth plans aligned with Lenovo's strategic priorities.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and build go-to-market motions to capture them.
• Act as the primary One Lenovo champion within Mexico.
• Create integrated motions across IDG, ISG, SSG, MBG, and Lenovo Financial Services.
• Foster collaboration between sales, solutions, delivery, marketing, and partner organizations.
• Break organizational silos and drive account-level business planning across Lenovo businesses.
• Generate, qualify, and accelerate strategic opportunities.
• Support complex pursuits and large transformational deals.
• Drive account planning discipline and land-and-expand motions.
• Improve services attach rates, renewals, and recurring revenue streams.
