Lenovo Mexico is seeking a Consumer Technology Sales Retail Director to define and execute Lenovo’s consumer sales strategy across Mexico and all channels, delivering profitable revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening customer and partner satisfaction.

This senior leader will lead a team of sales professionals, work with Product Management, Marketing, eCommerce, Operations, Finance, and Channel Partners to meet quarterly and annual revenue, profit, sell-in, sell-out, and market

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience leading sales teams and managing performance with KPIs.
• Strong understanding of retail, distribution, eCommerce, marketplaces and omnichannel models.
• Experience with forecasting, demand planning, inventory, pricing, and promotions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic negotiations including commercial agreements, pricing, promotions, product assortment and growth plans.
• Develop joint business plans with key partners outlining revenue objectives and channel priorities.
• Lead annual/quarterly consumer sales strategy aligned with country and regional objectives.
• Deliver revenue, gross profit, market share, sell-in and sell-out targets across channels.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear commercial plans and measurable milestones.
• Identify growth opportunities through market analysis and customer insights.
• Drive ecosystem expansion for accessories, services, software, and premium products.
