Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments. You will work with operations, monitoring, and cloud teams to enhance IT service management, integrate observability platforms, and automate event-to-incident processes.

Key requirements include 3+ years of ServiceNow Development, 2+ years with Event Management, and mandatory CSA and CAD certifications.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management.
• CSA and CAD certifications are mandatory.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; available for full-time work.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
• Configure and support ServiceNow Event Management capabilities.
• Create and maintain Event Rules, Alert Management, and Event Correlation configurations.
• Implement alert suppression, de-duplication, and Event-to-Incident automation processes.
• Develop and maintain integration between ServiceNow and monitoring platforms.
• Configure and support CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping capabilities.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Servers, Webhooks, Integration Hub, and Scripted APIs.
• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot MID Servers and Event Management integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during implementation, deployment, and production support activities.
• Ensure solution performance, scalability, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
