Tata Consultancy Services in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across large enterprise environments. You will work with operations, monitoring, infrastructure, and cloud teams to advance IT service management, automate alerting, and integrate observability platforms.

The candidate should have 5+ years in ServiceNow Development, 2+ years in Event Management, and hold CSA and CAD certifications, with strong English

• Strong English and Spanish communication skills.
• CSA and CAD certifications are mandatory for the role.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
• Configure and support ServiceNow Event Management capabilities.
• Create and maintain Event Rules, Alert Management, and Event Correlation configurations.
• Implement alert suppression, de-duplication, and Event-to-Incident automation processes.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and monitoring platforms.
• Configure and support CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping capabilities.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Servers, Webhooks, Integration Hub, and Scripted APIs.
• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot MID Servers and Event Management integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during implementation, deployment, and production support activities.
• Ensure solution performance, scalability, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

TCS is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support the design, development, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions within enterprise environments.

The ServiceNow Developer candidate will collaborate with operations, monitoring, infrastructure, and cloud teams to enhance IT service management capabilities, integrate observability platforms, automate event-to-incident processes, reduce alert noise, and improve operational efficiency across enterprise IT ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
• Configure and support ServiceNow Event Management capabilities.
• Create and maintain Event Rules, Alert Management, and Event Correlation configurations.
• Implement alert suppression, de-duplication, and Event-to-Incident automation processes.
• Develop and maintain integration between ServiceNow and monitoring platforms.
• Configure and support CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping capabilities.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Servers, Webhooks, Integration Hub, and Scripted APIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Mandatory
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
