Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a full-time ServiceNow Technical Consultant based in Mexico with 2+ years of hands-on platform experience to design, develop, and support scalable ServiceNow solutions.

The candidate should demonstrate depth in at least one primary domain (ITSM, ITOM, CSM or HRSD) and hold CIS certifications, including CSA. Strong emphasis on CMDB, upgrade safety, and governance are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years hands-on ServiceNow development/implementation.
• Contributed to at least one end-to-end ServiceNow deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and support scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Adhere to CMDB integrity, upgrade safety, and scoped app architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions on enterprise deployments.
• Produce technical documentation (HLD/LLD).
