The role focuses on ITSM modules, service catalogs, workflow automation, and system integrations with English communication required. 3+ years of hands-on experience and a Bachelor's degree are expected, with full-time employment and Mexican labor benefits provided.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge).
• Design Service Catalog items and approval workflows.
• Build workflows and process automation with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Workflow Editor.
• Develop and support integrations via REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, MID Server, and Integration Hub Spokes.
• Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, and notifications.
• Participate in Agile development, code reviews, and deployments.

TCS is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Developer whodesigns, develops, customizes, and maintains applications on the ServiceNow platform to automate and improve IT and business processes.

The ServiceNow ITSM Developer will be responsible for developing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM solutions, Service Catalogs, workflow automation, and integrations. The role requires collaboration with business and IT teams to improve service management processes, automate operations, and ensure efficient and scalable platform performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
• Design and implement Service Catalog solutions such as Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order Guides, approval workflows, and catalog automation.
• Build and maintain workflows and process automation using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Workflow Editor, and Approval Policies.
• Develop and support integrations with internal and third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, MID Server, and Integration Hub Spokes.
• Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, notifications, SLAs, and task automation to enhance platform functionality.
• Participate in Agile development activities, perform code reviews, troubleshoot platform issues, support deployments, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
