Thomson Reuters in CDMX is seeking an LMS Administrator to manage learner records, enrollments, and reporting, while collaborating with multiple teams to deliver a high-quality learner experience.

The role covers LMS administration, data integrity, and leveraging AI tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. A strong attention to detail and cross-team collaboration are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience administering users, permissions, data, and reporting within an LMS or comparable enterprise platform.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and operational standards.
• Comfort learning and using emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools.

Responsabilidades

• Compliance & Data Integrity: ensure learner records and certificates are accurately reflected in training systems.
• Training Operations & Customer Support: support learner management, enrollments, and issue resolution.
• Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: manage user accounts, permissions, groups, and learner access.
• Process Improvement, Automation & AI: identify automation opportunities and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency.
