Thomson Reuters ONE PS Training Team seeks an experienced Learning Experience Designer to join our global team. You will design and develop training curriculum and learning assets, empowering customers to maximize efficiency and harness AI-powered solutions like CoCounsel.

You will work with Content Leads, Curriculum Designers, and Trainers to deliver best-in-class courses, while occasionally joining customer calls for discovery and feedback. Hybrid role in CDMX, with 3+ days onsite.

Formación

• BS or MA in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or similar.
• 5+ years of Instructional Design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency; assessment will be conducted.
• Proficient with Articulate Suite (Storyline, Rise, Review 360) and Camtasia.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, LMS, and instructional design principles.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop training curriculum, content, and learning experiences.
• Collaborate with Content Leads, Curriculum Designers, and trainers to create courses.
• Incorporate gen-AI tools to improve instructional design and content quality.
• Support LMS uploads and training operations.
• Participate in discovery and feedback sessions with customers as needed.
• Record time and engagement to support reporting.
