Job summary

The LEGO Group in Monterrey is hiring a Payroll Specialist to handle advanced payroll delivery and complex client requests. You will work with Payroll Client Managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and compliant processing.

You will support multi-state and off-cycle payrolls, assist with audits and reconciliations, and help implement regulatory updates while maintaining data accuracy for earnings, deductions, and tax configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accountability or Administration.
• Proven working experience in Payroll, Labor Relations, HR.
• Experience with ADP, Workday, KRONOS.
• Strong hands-on experience in U.S. Payroll is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced payroll support to clients and explain payroll results.
• Process and support complex payrolls, including multi-state and off-cycle.
• Research and resolve complex payroll discrepancies and assist with audits.
• Support quarterly/year-end payroll activities and regulatory updates.
• Maintain payroll system data and generate client/internal reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Rewards, Digital, and other teams to deliver service.
