The LEGO Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Monterrey to deliver accurate, compliant payroll processing for complex scenarios. You will respond to inquiries, support audits, and maintain payroll data across systems with a strong emphasis on quality and timeliness.

Ideal candidates will have US payroll experience, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency with ADP/Workday/KRONOS. This role offers a hybrid work model and a path to contribute to improved payroll processes across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accountability or administration.
• Proven experience with US payroll and multi‐state scenarios.
• Strong Excel and data accuracy skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced payroll support to clients and resolve issues.
• Process complex payrolls and assist with audits and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate payroll data and generate reports for clients.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
