Capgemini Mexico seeks an experienced L2/L3 Application Support specialist for enterprise .NET applications. You will investigate incidents, debug code, and implement fixes or small enhancements to keep critical systems reliable.

You will optimize SQL Server queries, monitor SSIS packages and SQL Agent jobs, conduct root-cause analysis, and collaborate with development, QA, and business teams on releases and continuous improvement initiatives. Proficient English required.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Application Support or Production Support for enterprise applications.
• Strong SQL Server experience including query optimization, indexing, execution plans, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core, including code-level troubleshooting and log analysis.
• Knowledge of SSIS, SQL Agent, incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira), and ITIL-based support processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with strong ownership.

Mansioni

• Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical .NET applications, including incident investigation, debugging, and implementing fixes or minor enhancements.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, functions, triggers, and complex queries.
• Perform root cause analysis for application issues, data inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks, documenting findings and solutions.
• Monitor and support SSIS packages, SQL Agent jobs, and data integration processes to ensure system reliability and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to support releases, deployments, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.
