Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Application Support professional in Mexico to provide L2/L3 support for enterprise .NET applications and to optimize SQL Server databases. You will analyze incidents, implement fixes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth releases and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core skills, plus experience with SSIS and ITIL-based processes.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Application Support or Production Support for enterprise apps.
• Strong experience with SQL Server—query tuning, indexing, execution plans, stored procedures.
• Hands-on with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core; able to debug and analyze logs.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based support processes and incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with strong ownership.

Mansioni

• Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical .NET applications, investigate incidents, debug, and implement fixes or minor enhancements.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases and complex queries.
• Perform root cause analysis for application issues, data inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks, documenting findings and solutions.
• Monitor SSIS packages, SQL Agent jobs, and data integration processes for reliability and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to support releases, deployments, and continuous improvement.
