SOL SER SISTEM is hiring for an IT Support professional in Querétaro with strong SQL, PowerShell and analytical skills. You will monitor business tools, resolve incidents and collaborate with the Delivery team to implement fixes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related and 2+ years of experience in IT support, with fluency in English and Spanish. Join a dynamic team and contribute to continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or related area.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive monitoring and support for business tools, with focus on Payroll solutions.
• Analyze issues, provide quick workarounds, and perform root cause analysis.
• Present monthly analytics including RCA and recurring issues to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Delivery team to communicate analyses and required fixes (testing).
• Resolve incidents in accordance with SLAs and complete catalog tasks.
• Provide support to project teams when requested and keep Knowledge Database updated.
• Handle large data sets and monitor automated data flows.

Required knowledge

• Intermediate / Senior level: MS SQL: T-SQL/Integration Services
• Intermediate / Senior level: Batch and PowerShell Scripting

Activities

• To grant proper execution of business tools on scope, by proactive monitoring and preventive actions, special focus on Payroll solution
• Analyze and Provide expedite workaround to the critical issues stopping the business process, execute Root Cause Analylsis (RCA) for every issue
• Present the analytics for every month, including the RCA and recurrent issues
• Work closely with the Delivery team to inform on the analysis executed and the fixes needed (analysis, test)
• Incidents resolution as per SLAs
• Catalog Task completion
• Provide support to any project team when requested
• Keep Knowledge Database updated
• Massive data handling, automatic data flow monitoring

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related
• more than 2 years of experience in any support IT area
• Capable to speak and write fluently in English and Spanish
