Clarios is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead enterprise-wide architecture and development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will design scalable, customer-centric solutions, drive integrations with external systems, and guide Agile delivery with cross-functional teams.

You will oversee the development team, ensure high-quality code with Apex, LWC, and web technologies, and mentor the support team for ongoing maintenance. Strong English communications are required.

Formación

• 3+ years in Salesforce Cloud platform development and architecture.
• Experience designing Salesforce and portal solutions with web development principles.
• Expert in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, design, code, and implement new features on the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, following development standards.
• Develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including pages, components, and integrations via web services and APIs.
• Create intuitive user interfaces using Salesforce native features and Experience Cloud components with responsive design.
• Serve as the Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud technical expert.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve defects; provide L3 support and mentor the support team.
• Use Git and Copado; participate in code reviews of vendor-written code.
• Gather requirements from business owners and translate into well-architected designs and technical docs.
