Clarios, LLC is hiring a Salesforce Architect to shape enterprise architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. The role leads integrations with external systems, guides Agile delivery, and oversees a development team for ongoing projects and support.

The candidate will design scalable, customer-centric solutions, mentor the team, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to meet evolving business needs in a global context.

Formación

• 3+ years in Salesforce Cloud platform development and architecture.
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce and portal solutions with web development principles.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and expertise in scalable web-based architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, design, code, and implement new features and functionalities on the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including custom pages, components, and integrations with other systems.
• Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces using Salesforce native functionality and Experience Cloud components.
• Serve as the Salesforce technical expert; debug, troubleshoot, and resolve defects and support maintenance.
• Mentor the support team in resolving complex issues.
• Use version control (Git) and DevOps tools (Copado) and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with business owners, designers, and developers to translate requirements into solutions.
• Determine approaches to manage CMS content supporting multiple languages.
• Stay updated on Salesforce Experience Cloud releases and best practices.
