Slalom is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Technical Consultant to lead hands-on configuration, development, and integrations within IT service delivery. You will own technical designs, write stories, and support pre-sales engagements with clients to implement ITSM processes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of ServiceNow configuration and development, strong ITIL knowledge, and experience delivering ITSM across incident, problem, change, and request management. Certifications are a plus.

Formación

• 3+ years of ServiceNow configuration and development experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience in IT Service Management, Incident/Problem Management, Change Enablement, or Knowledge Management.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and develop ServiceNow ITSM solutions across incident, problem, change, and knowledge management.
• Own technical design artifacts and integration designs.
• Mentor teammates on configuration, scripting, and delivery best practices.
