FedEx Express México is seeking a Sr Service Agent in Tuxtepec, Oaxaca. This full-time role involves handling over-the-counter customer service, clerical duties, and tracking packages with precise attention to detail.

The position requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs and manage packages up to 150 lbs with proper equipment. English fluency is preferred (TOEIC 450).

Formación

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Previous clerical or customer service experience.
• Good general office skills, including light typing, filing, and computer literacy.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• Fluent in English (TOEIC 450 pts) or tested equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide over-the-counter customer service and clerical support.
• Trace packages, answer questions regarding FedEx products and services.
• Prepare and audit operations reports; maintain station records.
• Interface with customers on customs related issues.
• Identify new customers or sales opportunities and submit leads.
