Formación

Responsabilidades

• Advise and offer FedEx products and services to customers to achieve sales objectives.
• Perform over-the-counter customer service, administrative and clerical duties.
• Assist customers by tracing packages and answering questions on FedEx products and services.
• Check packages for proper labeling, content legality, insurance values and required docs.
• Support budget achievement and branch profitability through resource optimization.
• Open/close the branch, maintain a clean work area and orderly stock.
• Identify new customers and opportunities, open accounts, and submit sales leads.
• Ensure excellent customer experience with effective problem solving.
