FedEx Express México in Aguascalientes is seeking a Retail Service Agent to support front-line operations and drive customer service excellence.

You will advise customers, handle packages, and perform clerical duties while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with FedEx standards.

This full-time role requires high school education and English proficiency, with at least two years in sales-focused customer service and cash handling experience.

Formación

• High School degree/Equivalent.
• Language: Proficiency in English.
• Two (2) years experience in customer service focus on sales
• Knowledge in the management of cash and other values
• Previous experience in a FedEx SCS Warehouse with a good knowledge of the operation and the requirements of its key customers.

Responsabilidades

• Advise and offer FedEx products to achieve sales objectives and develop frequent customers.
• Perform over-the-counter customer service and related admin duties.
• Assist customers by tracing packages and answering questions on FedEx products.
• Check packages for proper labeling, contents legality, weights, and customs docs.
• Support budgeting and branch profitability through resource optimization.
• Open/close the branch and maintain a clean work area and supplies.
• Identify new customers and opportunities; open accounts and solicit shipments.
• Ensure excellent customer experience by providing effective solutions.
• Follow processes and safeguard company values; avoid deviations in WSC.
• Order supplies for daily documentation and packaging.
• Principal responsibilities are the most important duties.
