Procter & Gamble Mexico seeks a Senior Sales Execution Manager to lead field execution across all channels in the Southeast region of Mexico. The role manages a team of nine Business Territory Associates and one additional staff member, aligning commercial plans with category strategies.

The position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with a focus on turning market insights into actionable plans and achieving in-store excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or a related field.
• Experience leading teams and driving field-based execution in a multi-store environment.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and Power BI for planning and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop nine Business Territory Associates and one more staff member.
• Direct in-store execution across all channels in the Southeast region of Mexico.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders through negotiation and collaboration.
• Identify opportunities during field visits and translate insights into business plans.
• Monitor execution results and commercial performance.
• Prioritize resources to meet changing business needs.
