PepsiCo in Mexico seeks a Senior RGM leader to drive downstream integration across Commercial functions, focusing on Perfect Store initiatives, top customer alignment, and GTM. You will help design pricing, assortment frameworks, and KPI structures while enabling distribution and presence in-store.

Fluent English and 10+ years in FMCG are expected. You will collaborate with Sales, Dx, and Trade Marketing to scale RGM capabilities, deliver value realization, and drive cross-functional change

Formación

• 10+ years experience in FMCG Sales, Commercial or Finance.
• 3+ years experience in RGM.
• Experience in multichannel (OT, dComm, AFH) preferred.
• Strong track record deploying transformational projects and value realization.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver RGM downstream integration framework across Commercial, focusing on Dx (Perfect Store, Must have assortment).
• Build front line KPIs and incentive structures for RGM levers.
• Deliver a framework to deliver RGM Commercial integration with visibility to senior stakeholders.
• Support RGM Big Rocks integration into Dx and WCCE.
• Drive Commercial organization upskilling for effective RGM integration and capability upgrade.
• Collaborate with Commercial and S&T to define the long-term digital vision for in-market investments.
• Lead best-practice sharing across International anchor markets.
• Lead value realization tracking and own business case to scale best practices.
