PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for RGM Commercial Integration to drive downstream integration across Commercial, focusing on Dx, WCCE, and GTM. You will enable strategic initiatives and ensure alignment of Perfect Store, Must Have Assortment, and CDA to improve in-store presence.

Formación

• 10+ years experience preferably in FMCG Sales, Commercial and Finance.
• Snacks anchor markets experience is an advantage.
• Experience in RGM and multi-channel sales.

Responsabilidades

• Drive RGM downstream integration across Commercial.
• Enable strategic initiatives through Perfect Store, GTM and CDA.
• Develop KPIs and incentive structures for RGM levers.
• Lead value realization tracking and business case development.
• Upskill Commercial organization for effective RGM integration.
• Collaborate with S&T to define the long-term digital vision.
